Returns Eligibility 

▪️Defective / Damaged Products 

▪️100% refund or replacement available.

▪️A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof.

▪️The video must show the sealed package being opened and the issue clearly visible.

▪️Without proper unboxing proof, refund requests may not be approved.

Size Mismatch

▪️Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

▪️Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.

▪️Exchange is preferred for size mismatch (subject to stock availability).

Return Process

▪️Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

▪️Share order number, photos, and unboxing video (if defective).

▪️Our team will review within 24–48 hours.

▪️If approved, return instructions will be shared.

Refund Timeline 

▪️Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

▪️Amount will be credited to original payment method.

▪️COD refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Situations

▪️Used or washed products.

▪️Tags removed.

▪️No unboxing video for damaged claims.

▪️Return request beyond 48 hours.
